One of our key selling points for contingent recruitment search will be the thoroughness of our interview process for any candidate we represent. We will not just send a name or LinkedIn profile. Any candidate we work with must submit to us a CV and we will then undertake a thorough telephone or face to face interview. Our interview summary and their profile will then be forwarded.
