Daniel has worked in recruitment for over 14 years and during this time developed a specialism within international markets and building recruitment teams. His experience includes 6 years in New York establishing a specialist governance recruitment firm from scratch and managing a London based European recruitment team as a response to Brexit. Hiring the right people has been critical throughout Daniel's career given demands at a Board level to grow international teams and drive revenue. Outside of the workplace, Daniel is married with one son and is a keen follower of Liverpool FC.
Dan has worked in recruitment for over 17 years covering the full spectrum of the market from high volume part-qualified interim to C-level retained searches in finance, governance and general management. He has developed a search methodology which has been tested on some unique and at times high profile assignments in the UK and overseas. Dan is most proud of the successes he has had developing high performing Consultants, Managers and Directors. He will use his knowledge of the DNA of a successful recruiter to help advise on career paths and identify the best talent in the market. Outside of work, he is a dad to two boys and husband of a chocoholic!
