Daniel has worked in recruitment for over 20 years. Prior to co-founding Dryden, his experience included six years in New York, establishing a specialist governance recruitment firm from scratch and managing a London-based European recruitment team as a response to Brexit. At Dryden, Daniel focuses on business origination and executive search hiring at all levels. He also oversees our annual executive search compensation report. Daniel is married with two sons (James and Max) and is a keen follower of Liverpool FC.
Dan has worked in recruitment for over 20 years and prior to co-founding Dryden, ran a senior appointments division covering roles to C-suite across finance, governance and general management. He has a track record of developing high performing Consultants, Managers and Directors and uses his knowledge of the DNA of a successful recruiter to help advise on career paths and identify the best talent in the market. At Dryden, Dan leads retained assignments for Director and Partner level hiring and has an in-depth network across Legal, HR, Finance and Private Equity. Outside of work, he is a dad to two boys (Theo and Zac) and husband of a chocoholic!
Oliver joined Dryden Search in 2021 and is a graduate from Brunel University. Over the past two years, Oliver has played a key role in supporting both Managing Partners in researching and candidate engagement tasks. Outside of work, Oliver is studying his MA in Creative Writing and follows Tottenham Hotspur home and away.
Emily joined Dryden in 2022 as a Research Associate and is presently studying Biological Sciences at Edinburgh University. Having undertaken an internship at a global executive search firm, Emily started off as a researcher and now supports the Dryden team on all our marketing and media publications.
Adriana joined Dryden in 2023 as a Research Associate and is presently studying a Bsc in Business Management from King's College London. Having undertaken previous internships in consulting and HR, Adriana now supports the Dryden team on candidate engagement and market mapping projects. Adriana is fluent in Spanish and English and also knows the U.S well, with a home in Miami.
Donatella joined Dryden in 2023 as a Research Associate and is presently studying for a BA in English and Modern Languages (French) from King's College London. Donatella supports the Dryden team on candidate engagement and market mapping projects her fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English is highly beneficial!
